Made my new Hugo theme island

Inspired by PaperMod and Stack . From PaperMode, I love the narrow main column and the way to define cover image. But for information such as translations and table of contents, I prefer to place in the right aside columne, so that users don’t have tp scroll up and down when reading pages.
Configurations such as main menu(menu in navigation bar) , multilingual , are following Hugo’s official document as much as possible.
